阿兰·罗伯-格里耶　法国“新小说派”代表作家之一。 1922年生于法国布勒斯特，1945年毕业于法国国立农艺学院，获得农艺工程师证书，在国家统计院及殖民地热带水果研究所工作，曾到非洲各地从事水果研究。五十年代开始文学创作。1953年发表成名作《橡皮》，1955年因发表《窥视者》获当年法国评论家奖。之后，他在巴黎午夜出版社担任文学顾问，同时从事写作及摄制电影。他的电影小说《去年在马里安巴》（1961）由法国新浪潮电影著名导演阿兰·雷奈摄制成电影，获得同年威尼斯电影节大奖。他认为电影艺术比小说更适于客观地记录事物的世界，因此从六十年代起创作并导演《欧洲快车》、《撒谎的人》、《欲念浮动》、《使人疯狂的噪音》等。他在1963年单独摄制的影片《不朽的女人》获路易·德吕克电影奖。
